Indiana Health Centers is excited to welcome Carolyn Perry, PMHNP to our IHC Peru clinic.

Carolyn has been a registered nurse for 26 years and holds a BSN degree from Morehead State University and an MSN in Nursing Administration. She has worked in bedside critical care, specifically cardiology, and she has worked extensively as a travel nurse. Following the COVID-19 pandemic she pursued an advanced degree in mental health and is now a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She’s passionate about behavioral health and helping people of all ages.

Carolyn is excited to become part of the Peru community and serve IHC patients.
