Why Choose Us

Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (IHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has provided high-quality, affordable, patient-centered health care to underserved areas of Indiana since 1977.  IHC operates ten health centers in eight different Indiana counties and provides care to the migrant population with a mobile unit during the harvest season.  We provide medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all who seek care, regardless of their ability to pay. IHC also manages eight Indiana WIC (Women, Infants, & Children nutrition program) locations across the state. Our health centers serve those who have Medicaid, Medicare, HIP, and most commercial insurance companies, and provide a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.

Board of Directors

Indiana Health Centers has a board of directors composed of dedicated volunteers that are committed to our mission of providing primary medical and support services to the residents of our communities.  At least 51 percent of our board is composed of members who are also patients at one of our Federally Qualified Health Centers.  The other board members are community residents who bring important and essential skills to the board.  The entire board has the responsibility of providing the direction and support to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure fulfillment of our mission.

We believe in affordable specialty healthcare for all.
