IHC Mobile Health Clinic

Mobile Health for Indiana

Our Mobile Health clinic makes it convenient for you to get the high-quality, affordable healthcare you need. We can treat anyone in the community including those who may be underinsured or uninsured, and we serve all ages.

Since 1977, Indiana Health Centers has been bringing high quality, affordable, patient-centered health care to communities across Indiana. Our Mobile Health Unit takes that mission one step further by putting a full medical team on wheels and bringing care directly to neighborhoods that need it most.

What We Offer

  • A caring medical team for sick visits, checkups, and ongoing care.
  • Two patient rooms and a waiting area.
  • Lab tests, referrals, and help managing chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, opioid use disorder, and more).
  • Bilingual staff (English/Spanish) and translation and case management services.

How much does it cost?

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans.

Not insured? No problem. IHC offers a sliding fee scale for patients who qualify. That means your cost is based on your household income and family size, and our staff can walk you through your eligibility when you arrive.

What to bring:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card (if you have one)
  • Child’s birth certificate (for pediatric visits)
  • Proof of household income (paystub, W-2, or letter from employer) for past 30 days (if applying for the sliding fee)
