Indiana Health Centers is excited to welcome Cy Page, LCSW who is joining our behavioral health team in South Bend, Indiana at our Bendix clinic.

Cy Page is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University South Bend and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Work at Walden University. Her doctoral research focuses on maternal mental health, specifically the impact of social support on postpartum depression among first-time mothers.

Cy has experience providing services in inpatient, outpatient, community-based, and school settings, including work with South Bend Community School Corporation. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and behavioral challenges.

As a mother and lifelong resident of the area, Cy is passionate about supporting families throughout St. Joseph County. She believes in creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful personal growth through evidence-based care.
