Kokomo – Jessica Cardwell, Practice Manager

Jessica is a Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She has been a dedicated member of IHC since 2013, serving in various clinical roles and building strong connections within the community. With a passion for caring for the underserved in Kokomo, she is committed to advancing the mission and vision of IHC through compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.

Logansport – Kyle Sommers, Family Nurse Practitioner

Kyle graduated from Chamberlain University, Chicago, IL with an FNP in 2023. Prior to graduating, she attended Ivy Tech for her Associate’s Degree in Nursing and IU South Bend for her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.  She considers herself to be a lifelong learner, and is currently working toward her doctorate in nursing practice at Valparaiso University. Kyle has been in healthcare since 2007, and is passionate about providing quality patient care!  Patient advocacy is at the heart of her practice – wanting to empower all patients, especially females. Her extensive background includes working in long-term care, emergency medicine, primary care, hospitalist, nurse management, nurse education, practice management, and implementation.  When not working, she enjoys reading, lake life, and spending time with her family and fur babies.
