Mandi McMinn joined IHC in 2008 and has held various roles throughout her nursing career. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis, Missouri. She has found her true passion in helping the underserved populations in her community. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family as her and grandchild. She enjoys traveling and spending time in nature by kayaking, fishing, and hiking.
Denny Sipe is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and lifelong resident of Indiana. Denny graduated from Greenville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has a background working with individuals in psychiatric hospitals, community mental health, corrections, schools, individuals with developmental issues, and geriatrics. Denny enjoys spending quality time with family, reading, and being physically fit. He coaches several Special Olympics sports in Cass County.

Kyle graduated from Chamberlain University, Chicago, IL with an FNP in 2023. Prior to graduating, she attended Ivy Tech for her Associate's Degree in Nursing and IU South Bend for her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner, and is currently working toward her doctorate in nursing practice at Valparaiso University. Kyle has been in healthcare since 2007, and is passionate about providing quality patient care! Patient advocacy is at the heart of her practice - wanting to empower all patients, especially females. Her extensive background includes working in long-term care, emergency medicine, primary care, hospitalist, nurse management, nurse education, practice management, and implementation. When not working, she enjoys reading, lake life, and spending time with her family and fur babies.
Dr. Stout is a Grant County native and has a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. She received her Medical Doctorate in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from Indiana School of Medicine and has an MBA from Purdue Global University. She loves the multigenerational aspect of primary care. She is passionate about her role as a primary care physician and considers herself to be a nonjudgmental listener who always gives her best advice. In her free time, she enjoys walking, hiking, kayaking, and bird watching. Additionally, Dr. Stout enjoys international travel and has visited five of the seven continents.
