Tracy J. Nagel joined Indiana Health Centers, Inc. in June 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Tracy has over 26 years of experience in health services, including senior financial and organizational positions. His background includes roles as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller in health services, including oversight of Information Systems, Materials Management, Information Management, and Patient Billing. He also has two years of banking experience in the roles of Vice President of Risk Management and Vice President/Controller.

A native of Ohio, Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from The Defiance College. Tracy has previously served several positions with United Way of Defiance County, including Board of Directors Member, Allocations Committee Chairperson, and Finance Committee Chairperson.
