IHC welcomes Sarah Graber to Kokomo, Dr. Seth McKinney to our South Bend Western location, and Lisa Nagy to our Jackson County health center.
JACKSON COUNTY- Lisa Nagy, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through ANCC and has 10 years of experience in the medical field. Lisa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages for the last 5 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about patient education and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health. She strives to provide essential healthcare services to all individuals and enjoys working in communities that often face limited access to care, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy life. On her downtime she likes to read, spend time with family, and travel.
KOKOMO – Sarah Graber graduated from Indiana University in Kokomo and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She works with clients of any age and specializes in substance use recovery, trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Prior to joining the Behavioral Health Team at IHC, Sarah spent 7 years providing care to community members through Community Fairbanks Behaviral Health Howard. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her 2 teenage daughters and 2 chihuahuas, Dolly Llama and Fabio.
SOUTH BEND WESTERN – Dr. Seth McKinney, D.C. is a 2016 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. For nearly a decade, he has enjoyed helping patients manage musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on whole-body wellness to help individuals reach their full potential. Dr. McKinney is passionate about supporting patients of all ages in achieving their health goals. He feels that his journey in healthcare has shown him the true value of chiropractic care. He’s excited about offering chiropractic services to IHC patients and working with other providers at IHC to integrate whole person care – helping them achieve comprehensive, lasting wellness.
