Indiana Health Centers is Driving Our Mission Home in Our 2025 Annual Report

Our 2025 Annual Report is out. Last year, Indiana Health Centers served nearly 40,000 patients across more than 11 Indiana communities.

We opened a new facility in Marion, launched in-house pharmacies in Kokomo and Marion, and expanded our mobile health team to reach areas of the state that don’t have easy access to a primary care clinic.

A lot happened last year, and we’re proud to share how we are driving our mission home each and every day. Check it out using the interactive viewer below.

Below is an excerpt from the Welcome Letter written by Ann Lundy, Chief Executive Officer of IHC and Maricela Navarro, IHC Board Chair.

As we reflect on 2025, we are filled with deep gratitude and pride for what has been accomplished across Indiana Health Centers. This year has been one of meaningful growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to our mission—serving as a true safety net for the communities who rely on us every day.

We are honored to have received statewide recognition from the Indiana Primary Health Care Association, including Medical Provider of the Year and Innovation Project of the Year. These awards reflect the dedication, creativity, and compassion of our care teams who continually strive to improve the lives of those we serve.

We also pause to honor the legacy of our dear friend and former Board Member, Dave Newgent, who was posthumously recognized as Volunteer of the Year. Dave’s passion for community and steadfast commitment to IHC will continue to inspire us. Additionally, we are proud of Board Member Rebekah Price, who continues to be a powerful advocate for community health at both the state and federal levels, ensuring the voices of our patients and communities are heard.

This year marked a major milestone with the opening of two embedded pharmacies, expanding access and convenience for our patients while strengthening whole-person care. We also continue to see strong momentum in our Integrated Behavioral Health model, where care coordination and collaboration are transforming outcomes for individuals and families. Our Early Childhood Program has grown significantly, reaching more children and families during the most critical stages of development.

As the crossroads of Indiana, we embraced a bold vision in 2025—going “all in” on mobile health. With a dedicated team, we are meeting patients where they are, removing barriers, and expanding access to care across urban and rural communities alike.

None of this would be possible without the extraordinary leadership of our Executive Team, the stewardship of our Board of Directors, and the compassion and commitment of our frontline teams.

Every day, they live our mission, grounded in a deep sense of purpose—our why—and it shows in every patient interaction, every innovation, and every life touched. Thank you for your continued partnership and belief in our work. Together, we are building healthier communities across Indiana.
