Kelly joined IHC in 2011 and has held various roles throughout the HR department, helping to grow IHC’s staff from 150 employees to close to 300 team members today. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Secondary Education from Valparaiso University. Kelly has earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and the Society of Human Resources Management’s SHRM-CP certification.
