The WIC Program (Women, Infants, and Children) offers services to women who are pregnant, new mothers, women in early postpartum period, infants, and children to the age of 5. Indiana Health Centers’ WIC staff includes nurses, dietitians, lactation consultants, and nutrition assistants at no cost to those who qualify.

WIC Site Supervisor

Synthia Clinger is an RN with an Associate's degree in Nursing. She began her career in post-surgical rehab, then followed her passion to help mothers and children. She has worked as a CPA at the WIC offices in Cass and Fulton Counties for 12 years, and became the Site Supervisor for Cass and Fulton Counties in 2024.
