Jessica is a Registered Nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She has been a dedicated member of IHC since 2013, serving in various clinical roles and building strong connections within the community. With a passion for caring for the underserved in Kokomo, she is committed to advancing the mission and vision of IHC through compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
Lisa Achenbach, FNP, is an Indiana native and earned her BSN and MSN from Chamberlain University in Chicago. Her nursing background includes renal and oncology care, and she appreciated developing relationships with her oncology patients through their cancer journeys. She enjoys family practice and looks forward to providing comfort and education for her patients while she listens and advocates for them. Lisa enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, and her church.
John R. Anderson (Johnny) holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Mental Health counselling. Johnny earned both degrees from Ball State University. He is a published author and also holds an Indiana state Mental Health Counseling license. Johnny has been practicing Mental Health therapy for over 20 years—the past 11 years being in Community Mental Health. Johnny works with clients from approximately age 15 years and up. He is well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral therapy, as well as other modalities, and tends to provide therapy to his clients using an eclectic approach. Johnny enjoys working with clients with anxiety, depression, grief, personality issues, relationship issues, and adjustment struggles. In his free time, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, playing and performing music, swimming, and engaging with friends.
Dr. Monika Bhagat completed her pediatric residency training at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is board certified in Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Dr. Bhagat is a graduate of Government Medical College in Jammu, Jammu, and Kashmir, India, where she completed her medical education and internship. Dr. Bhagat was trained in community health care as an intern in rural areas. This empowered her with the confidence and experience to manage most health concerns. She enjoys counseling young mothers on the importance of breastfeeding, immunization, child nutrition, and regular health checkups.
Alyssa, PA-C graduated from University of Charleston, WV. Prior to graduate school, she attended IU Bloomington for her bachelor's degree. While there, she served on a medical mission trip to Guatemala and found her passion for caring for underserved populations and expanding access to medical care. Ms. Cartin believes in disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. She strives to develop strong rapport, listen to patients, and have individualized care plans. Patients will feel heard and know she is committed to their care. She enjoys finding new recipes, volunteering, fishing/kayaking, walking her puppy, and spending time with family and friends.
Elizabeth Dulmes, RN, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC completed her training at the Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate School of Nursing and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Elizabeth is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Ball State University School of Nursing. Elizabeth is certified in Basic Life Support.
Kristina K. Glick completed her training at the Ball State University Graduate School of Nursing in Muncie, Indiana, and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Kris is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Indiana Wesleyan University School of Nursing and her Associate of Science in Nursing at Indiana University School of Nursing. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Sarah Graber graduated from Indiana University in Kokomo and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She works with clients of any age and specializes in substance use recovery, trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Prior to joining the Behavioral Health Team at IHC, Sarah spent 7 years providing care to community members through Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health Howard. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her 2 teenage daughters and 2 chihuahuas, Dolly Llama and Fabio.
Dr. Robert Hammerling, DC, is a highly experienced chiropractic physician who has been helping patients live healthier, more active lives for over 12 years. For the past decade, he successfully owned and operated his own practice, providing care to individuals and families in his community.
Dr. Hammerling welcomes patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—and takes pride in creating personalized care plans that address each person’s unique needs and goals. He has extensive experience treating a wide variety of conditions, including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, and joint or muscle discomfort. Whether working with an athlete recovering from an injury, a parent seeking relief from chronic pain, or a child experiencing developmental or postural challenges, his focus is always on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.
Known for his compassionate, approachable manner, Dr. Hammerling takes time to listen to his patients, understand their concerns, and guide them through every step of the healing process. His patient-centered philosophy ensures that each individual feels supported, informed, and empowered in their care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hammerling enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking and backpacking, a hands-on home renovator, and a classic car enthusiast.
Dr Addison Haynes, DO, MBA received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He then completed a residency in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation and is board certified in both. He then received his master’s in business administration (MBA) from the Kelly School of Business. He also attended Hope College for his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Science. Dr Haynes spent more than 15 years in clinical medicine at top tertiary care centers in Indiana and Ohio advocating for his patients and staff. He served in multiple roles including president of the medical staff, vice chair of family medicine, chair of pharmacy and therapeutics, chair of infection prevention, and several others. He also maintained assistant professor appointments and both MD and DO schools of medicine and hosted many medical students for their family medicine rotation.
Dr. Haynes is a native Hoosier and has always been driven to improve the quality of health care in his home state. He has worked to improve all the communities with which he interacts. Dr. Haynes has been very active in his local leadership group training the leaders of tomorrow across the state of Indiana. He is excited to bring this knowledge and enthusiasm to Indiana Health Centers as we improve the quality of healthcare in some of our most underserved locations.
Outside of work, Dr. Haynes is married to his college sweetheart, and they have four wonderful children. They enjoy being active as a family, playing with their dogs, and spending time together. Dr. Haynes is active in endurance events; some that can even last more than 72 hours! He has been a certified diver for more than 25 years and occasionally volunteers with an Emergency Medical Team that deploys across the world after disasters. He has a passion for taking his time and talents to those in need.
Dr. Gladys C. Joshua-Nwokeji is a board-certified family medicine physician devoted to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and holistic care to individuals and families across Indiana. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Meadville Medical Center in Pennsylvania in June 2025, where she trained in comprehensive primary care, preventive medicine, and community health. A lifelong learner, Dr. Joshua-Nwokeji continuously seeks new knowledge and evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care she provides. She believes in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and partners with her patients to promote long-term wellness.
Kellie Kilrain, MSN, RN, CPNP completed her training at Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Kellie is board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Indiana University School of Nursing. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Dr. Kevin Wineinger is a native of Greenfield, Indiana. He initially attended Purdue University and worked as a mechanical engineer before changing careers and studying medicine. He completed medical school at Indiana School of Medicine while raising two children. In his free time he enjoys doing home improvements, following Liverpool Football Club (YNWA), going to concerts, and watching movies.
Dr. Elmasry is originally from Kokomo. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She enjoys doing cosmetic dentistry and giving patient's the opportunity to have confidence in their smiles. She also enjoy helping anxious patients overcome the fear of coming to the dentist. She is a big foodie and enjoy looking for new restaurants to try. Her hobbies include drawing, ceramics, and walking in the park.
Kelly Berry is a dental hygienist from Marion with over 25 years of experience and a graduate of Indiana University South Bend with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and comfortable in the dental chair. Kelly truly enjoys building lasting relationships and making a positive impact on people’s oral health.
When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and traveling - New York City and Disney area two of her favorite places to visit.
Angela Russo is a native of Peru, IN., and a graduate of IUPU Fort Wayne with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has 32 years of experience as a dental hygienist. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, living a healthy lifestyle, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Jerra N. Sharp, DMD completed her training at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky where she received a doctorate in dental medicine (DMD). She is a licensed dentist in the State of Indiana and a member of both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Indiana Dental Association (IDA). Dr. Sharp is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Sharp enjoys treatment planning for both adults and children as well as improving the dental health of families and communities.
