Tracy Riddle, RN earned her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Ivy Tech College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University. She has experience working in several healthcare roles that include Emergency Room RN, Clinic Nurse, Nurse Manager, and Practice Manager. She has been a Practice Manager with IHC Marion since September 2017.
Alex Allison, MSW, LCSW, is a Marion native and a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Social Work. Alex enjoys spending time with his family and finds peace being in nature. An avid soccer fan, Alex has been as Assistant Coach for the Marion High School boys' soccer team for the last five years.
Stephen Conrad, MSN RN, FNP-C completed his training at Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate School of Nursing in Marion, Indiana and is licensed in the State of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Stephen is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Stephen is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association.
Rob Dawson, DNP, FNP-C completed his doctoral training at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and graduate training at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Dr. Dawson is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has received several academic appointments as a lecturer and a clinical professor. Rob is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Dr. Dawson promotes volunteerism in health care and is particularly interested in global health care, diabetes self-management, and depression.
Jodi Durst has over 20 years of experience in the nursing field in various roles, but her favorite has been as a Family Practice NP. She practiced in Ethiopia, and has extensive experience with diverse patient populations.
An Indiana native, she recently returned to be closer to family. Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and new infant daughter. In her free time, she travels, hikes, and completes projects around her home.
Elizabeth "Ellie" Huffman is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with an undergraduate degree and doctorate through Indiana Wesleyan University. A Berne, IN native, Ellie is a lifelong Hoosier. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and serving in her local community of Marion, IN and is active in her local church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cooking, traveling, running, and painting.
Meghan Large is a life-long Hoosier. She is a NCCPA (The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) board certified Physician Assistant. Meghan is eager to treat all ages and conditions, with specific interest in Mental Health advocacy and Women's Health. She is passionate about practicing medicine in underserved communities. Meghan enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and cats!
Dr. Philip Renfroe, MD, MScPH, completed his internship and family medicine residency at the Medical Center Department of Family Medicine in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Renfroe is board-certified in Family Medicine with the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Renfroe graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he completed his doctorate in medicine. Dr. Renfroe earned a Master of Science in Public Health (Health Promotion) (MScPH) from the University of London in London, England, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in London, England. Dr. Renfroe served many years as the Chief of Medical Staff and staff physician for adult, pediatric, and obstetrical services at Tenwek Hospital in Bomet, Kenya, East Africa. Dr. Renfroe now provides family medicine services at IHC at Marion.
Ann Sattley, MS, LMHC, is an Indiana transplant. She graduated from Greenville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Southern Illinois University with a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling. Ann worked for the State of Indiana for over 10 years providing services and leadership in Vocational Rehabilitation. In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Ann is also a Certified Rehabilition Counselor. In her free time, she is also a musician, quilter, and quiz bowl coach.
Dr. Ahmad Sameer El Sawy Soliman, MD, MRCPCH completed his pediatric residency training at The Brookdale University Hospital Center located in Brooklyn, New York, and is a licensed physician in the state of Indiana. He is a board-certified pediatrician through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) and has served as a Senior Pediatric Resident with the National Health Services (NHS) at Royal Oldham Hospital in Manchester, United Kingdom, and as a Senior Pediatric Emergency Medicine Resident with the Ministry of Health Sultanate of Oman Sohar Hospital North Batinah Governorate. Dr. Soliman is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt where he completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, M.B.B.Ch. He also holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH International) and membership with the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in the United Kingdom. Dr. Soliman is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). Dr. Soliman is an experienced pediatrician who has practiced in both hospital and clinical settings. He is highly committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
