Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Indiana University Kokomo. She has 19 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical unit. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as House Supervisor, and was most recently the Unit Shift Manager of the Med-Surg Unit. Jennifer is passionate about ensuring patients get the care and education they need to make informed healthcare decisions. When Jennifer is not at work, she enjoys gardening and time on the reservoir with her family.
Alyssa, PA-C graduated from University of Charleston, WV. Prior to graduate school, she attended IU Bloomington for her bachelor's degree. While there, she served on a medical mission trip to Guatemala and found her passion for caring for underserved populations and expanding access to medical care. Ms. Cartin believes in disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. She strives to develop strong rapport, listen to patients, and have individualized care plans. Patients will feel heard and know she is committed to their care. She enjoys finding new recipes, volunteering, fishing/kayaking, walking her puppy, and spending time with family and friends.
Catherine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Ball State University, as well as her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling also from Ball State University. She has 20 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including psychiatric hospitals, corrections, college mental health, private practice and clinic settings. She takes a holistic approach to mental and behavioral health, with the belief that all aspects of an individual affect all the other aspects of that person. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, practicing yoga and hanging out with her fur family consisting of several cats and 2 dogs.
Lacey Rosinksi, APRN, MSN, FNP-C completed her masters level training at Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate School of Nursing located in Marion, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Indiana University of Kokomo Graduate School of Nursing located in Kokomo, Indiana. Lacey is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. Lacey also holds ACLS, PALS, & NIHSS certifications. Lacey’s strong interpersonal skills enable her to effectively communicate and educate her patients. She is passionate about whole body wellness and preventative care. Lacey has experience in the care of clients over the entire age spectrum and enjoys helping those with chronic disease.
Dr. John B. Savage completed his family medicine residency training at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Dr. Savage is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Savage also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a masters level education, M.S.E.E, and a bachelors level education, B.E.E., with the highest honors and distinction in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Savage is an experienced family physician and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
