IHC will be seeing patients at Hope Apartments in South Bend.
IHC will be seeing patients at Oliver Apartments in South Bend.
Our mobile unit will be located at the Hamilton County WIC office on 942 N. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN.
IHC will be seeing patients at the Holy Family Shelter.
IHC will be seeing patients at the Catholic Charities Crisis Center.
IHC will be seeing patients at Shepherd Community Center from 1:00 - 5:00 pm.
IHC will be seeing patients at Tyson Foods from 1:00 - 5:00pm.
The IHC Mobile Health Unit will be providing primary care services at the Mexican Consulate on 12/15, from 9:00 am -4:00 pm at 331 S. East St, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
Our mobile unit will be located at the Hamilton County WIC office on 942 N. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN.
IHC will be seeing patients at St. Margaret's House from 11:00 - 3:00 pm.
