Mandi McMinn joined IHC in 2008 and has held various roles throughout her nursing career. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Maryville University of St. Louis, Missouri. She has found her true passion in helping the underserved populations in her community. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family as her and grandchild. She enjoys traveling and spending time in nature by kayaking, fishing, and hiking.
Catherine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Ball State University, as well as her Master’s degree in Community Counseling also from Ball State University. She has 20 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings, including psychiatric hospitals, corrections, college mental health, private practice and clinic settings. She takes a holistic approach to mental and behavioral health, with the belief that all aspects of an individual affect all the other aspects of that person. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, practicing yoga and hanging out with her fur family consisting of several cats and 2 dogs.
Kyle graduated from Chamberlain University, Chicago, IL with an FNP in 2023. Prior to graduating, she attended Ivy Tech for her Associate's Degree in Nursing and IU South Bend for her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner, and is currently working toward her doctorate in nursing practice at Valparaiso University. Kyle has been in healthcare since 2007, and is passionate about providing quality patient care! Patient advocacy is at the heart of her practice - wanting to empower all patients, especially females. Her extensive background includes working in long-term care, emergency medicine, primary care, hospitalist, nurse management, nurse education, practice management, and implementation. When not working, she enjoys reading, lake life, and spending time with her family and fur babies.
Dr. Stout is a Grant County native and has a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. She received her Medical Doctorate in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics from Indiana School of Medicine and has an MBA from Purdue Global University. She loves the multigenerational aspect of primary care. She is passionate about her role as a primary care physician and considers herself to be a nonjudgmental listener who always gives her best advice. In her free time, she enjoys walking, hiking, kayaking, and bird watching. Additionally, Dr. Stout enjoys international travel and has visited five of the seven continents.
